SHOPPING

How do I find a product?

A: You can select the category of your interest from the main menu or use the search engine, indicating a keyword related to the product you are looking for.

How can I check the actual availability of an item?

A: Items that can be purchased are always available. When an item is out of stock, you cannot put it in the shopping cart.

Are prices inclusive of VAT and shipping costs?

A: No, prices are net of VAT and shipping costs. VAT is calculated at the time of checkout based on its effective applicability (due by all entities with tax residence in Italy and by natural persons within the European Union). Similarly, shipping costs will be shown after entering your data and calculated based on the weight of the products purchased and the country of destination.

Is it possible to customise your products?

A: Yes, you can buy customised suits, gloves, shoes and seats. The 3D Configurator section contains all the products for which it is possible to apply customisation (colours, measurements, logos) via a 3D graphic interface.

What is the wish list?

A: This is a virtual shopping cart in which you can put all the products you are interested in and which you might want to buy, which you can then transfer with a simple click to the actual shopping cart after making the appropriate comparisons and choices.

 

ORDERS

How can I check the status of an order?

A: To check the status of an order it is advisable to register on the website. In this way, by logging in and entering your personal area, you will be able to check, in the "My orders" section, the status of an order. If instead you decide to make the purchase as a Guest without registering, you will still receive the emails confirming your order and shipment.

Is it possible to return an item purchased?

A: Of course, you can return an item purchased based on current legislation on the right of withdrawal. Please consult the Returns and Refunds page to find out how.

Is it possible to change an item purchased?

A: Yes, you can return an item and/or request it to be exchanged with another. Please consult the Returns and Refunds page to find out how.

What happens if a product is not available?

A: If an item already ordered turns out not to be available, you will be contacted by Customer Care who will propose the possibility of receiving a different item or, alternatively, the full refund of that already paid.

Can I change or cancel an order after I have completed it?

A: Yes, you can. Write an email to customercare@sparco.it , we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am resident abroad, can I buy on your e-commerce website?

A: Yes, on our website it is possible to make purchases from all over the world.

 

PAYMENT

How can I pay?

A: You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, Paypal or via the MyBank system that lets you order an instant transfer via the online banking service of your bank.

Which credit cards are accepted?

A: Cards of the Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express and JCB circuits are accepted.

Is my data safe?

A: Absolutely yes. Personal data is entered on https pages protected by the SSL encryption system and use of the GeoTrust certificate which guarantees the highest 256-bit protection level in the e-commerce field. Credit card data is acquired on protected pages of the banking circuit and used only for the current transaction. No payment information is stored on our systems.

Can I receive the invoice?

A: Yes, the invoice is automatically sent by e-mail to the address indicated at the time of purchase.

How can I obtain a VAT refund if I am resident outside the EU?

A: There is no need to request a VAT refund if it is not due. VAT is applied only to those who are subject to it, based on the data supplied at the time of purchase. More specifically, VAT is not applied to non-Italian companies and to natural persons resident outside the EU.

 

SHIPMENTS

What are the shipping costs?

A: Shipping costs are variable and depend on the weight of the product purchased, its volume and the country of destination. You can see the shipping cost once you have finished putting products in the shopping cart and filled in the destination address of the goods.

Are there additional charges for shipments outside Europe?

A: For shipments to destinations other than European Union countries, there may be additional costs and customs charges, which are entirely at the recipient's expense.  Taxes vary depending on the country in question and on what has been purchased, so we are not able to provide a definite cost estimate.  We suggest that you contact the customs office in the country of destination for further information

Can I decide a shipping address different from the invoicing address?

A: Yes, you can specify a different address when checking out

Is it possible to place an order from a country other than the country of destination?

A: No, this is not allowed: the country from which you place the order must be the same as the country to which it is shipped.

Can I track an item being shipped?

A: Of course, when an item is shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number of the shipment, via which you can monitor the shipment on the website of the courier used.

What are the shipping times?

A: Normally, orders are processed within 3 working days. Subsequent delivery times depend on the destination address of the goods.

ACCOUNT

Do I have to register to make a purchase?

A: No, you can make a purchase as a guest user, entering only the information needed to process your order.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

A: By clicking on "Remember password" and entering your email address associated with the account, you will receive an email in which you can set a new password.

How can I change my data?

A: By logging in to the website and going to the Personal Area, you can change all the personal information previously entered.

How can I request the deletion of an account?

A: If you wish to delete an account and cancel all the information linked to it, you can send a request to customercare@sparco.it . You will receive a confirmation once the account has been deleted.
