Returns and refunds
The customer has the right to withdraw from any order of Sparco products, with the exception of customised products, without giving any reason and within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The date on the invoice accompanying the delivery is full proof of receipt.
Returned products must be returned intact, complete with all their elements and accessories, accompanied by the attached instructions, the original packs and packaging and the certificate of guarantee, if any.
Following withdrawal from an order, Sparco will refund the payments made, including shipping costs, with the exclusion of any customs duties. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as the initial transaction, unless otherwise requested. The shipping costs relating to the return of the goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a request to email@example.com, taking care to specify the order number indicated on the accompanying invoice.
Upon receipt of the request, Sparco will send a confirmation email containing the return authorisation code, a label to be affixed to the packaging of the goods to be returned and instructions for returning the products.
Once the returned products have been received and their integrity and conformity verified, Sparco will issue a refund.
RETURN DUE TO DEFECT OR NON-CONFORMITY
If one or more products received are incorrect or damaged, you can exchange the products without additional costs. To do this you need to contact customer care by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and attaching photographic evidence.
NOTE: should the pack or packaging of the ordered products be clearly damaged, the Purchaser is invited to refuse delivery by the courier or accept delivery "with reservation".
Upon receipt of the request, Sparco will send the instructions for returning the goods. Once the goods have been received and the defect ascertained, Sparco will replace them without additional costs. If the product is no longer available for shipment, all costs incurred will be reimbursed.
CHANGING AN ITEM
If you want to change the size and/or colour of an item purchased, you can do so within 30 days of receipt of the goods, following the return procedure described above. If the item with the desired size and/colour is no longer available, customer care will propose a possible change with a different item or reimbursement of the same.
For orders exceeding €100, the costs of the new shipment will not be charged again.
